The bubble generator is provided with an inlet passage 40 receiving air-dissolved water, decompressed to generate bubbles, distribution passages 41 receiving water from the inlet passage 40 and running it outward in the radial direction, and multiple outlet passages 42 connected to a peripheral edge part 41a of the distribution passages 41 and separately running water from the distribution passages 41. An annular recess 43 is facingly formed to the outlet passage 42 on a wall face of the peripheral edge part 41a of the distribution passages 41. This configuration enlarges the volume of the peripheral edge part 41a, uniformizes the pressure of water flowing into the peripheral edge part 41a, and the water evenly separately runs to the respective outlet passages 42.
