To provide a bubbling showering bottle cap as a portable bidet, which is used as a portable bidet by being mounted on a PET bottle or the like, and which is inexpensive, disposable, and has light weight and high washing performance.

The bubbling showering bottle cap as the portable bidet includes a mouth portion 2 threaded at one end, and a jetting hole 3 at the other end, and loaded with a foaming agent 4. The bubbling showering bottle cap is mounted on a container containing a liquid, such as the PET bottle, immediately before use, and the portable bidet is reduced in weight and size. A washing liquid compressed by a gas is jetted to increase washing force, and after use, the bubbling showering bottle cap is disposed of together with the container.
