PURPOSE: To realize a light weight of the above bucket elevator unloading coal from a vessel by fitting the rear part fastening of a front bucket and the front part fastening of a rear bucket to an endless conveyer belt traveling in an up and down direction by means of a common fastening shaft.
CONSTITUTION: Front and rear part fastenings 32, 31 are protrudingly provided at the bottom surfaces of buckets 28. In the meantime, fastenings 29 are protrudingly provided at an endless conveyer belt 26 made to travel in an up and down direction by means of up and down pulleys. A bucket elevator for an unloader is made up by arranging buckets 28 continuously through fitting the front and rear fastenings 32, 31 of buckets 28 each of which follows another immediately, to fastenings 29 by means of common fastening shafts 30. As a result, an overturn moment can be offset, and the size of buckets can be made small and light weight is attained.
