Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably measure a flow rate of liquid flowing in a pipeline by using a bucket type flowmeter.SOLUTION: A bucket type flowmeter system has: a bucket type flowmeter 12 provided with a bucket 11 with a set of measures 23, 24 formed at both sides of supporting points 21A, 21B and for rotating around the supporting points to be invertible to measure a flow rate of water 1 from the number of inverting times per unit time when the bucket 11 is inverted to discharge water when the water 1 is injected from a water injection pie 17 into the measure 23 or 24 of the bucket 11 to store a fixed amount of the water and a water storage amount to the measures 23, 24; a water supply pipe 13 connected to the water injection pipe 17 of the bucket type flowmeter 12 to supply water to the water injection pipe 17; and a U-shaped pipe 15 provided at the water supply pipe 13 and curved downward to restrain flow of steam when the steam occurs in the water supply pipe 13.
