Abstract:

PURPOSE: To increase the safe buckling strength for obtaining a deformed sectional compression member through the perfect integration of an attached member with a truss weak point member without increasing the original deflection of the weak point truss member and without generating the sectional surface fault, improve the loading faculty, and permit the high place work.
CONSTITUTION: As for an already existing truss structure article which is constituted of the zinc-plated angle steel or steel pipes, the structure calculation is newly carried out by axially laying a novel weight article on the already existing truss structure, and one or at least two weak point truss members 1 whose compression stress exceeds the safe buckling strength is detected from the result of the structure calculation. Each attachment member 2 consisting of a steel member which is made of the same material to the weak point truss member 1 and zinc-plated and has a necessary shape is closely face attached on the weak point truss member 1, so as to be distributed at the center part of the weak point truss member 1, and attached by an epoxy group adhesive, and clamped, and the truss loading faculty is improved.
