Abstract:

To provide Buddhist rosary which certifies the one's completion of a Shikoku 88 temple pilgrimage, and blessing him highly.

At respective temples at 88 locations in Shikoku, one kind of prayer bead on which the name of each temple is engraved is kept, and every time when a pilgrim visits respective temples, the prayer beads are purchased. Thus, when the pilgrimage is completed, one string of prayer beads on which the names of the temples at 88 locations in Shikoku are engraved is completed. In addition, the prayer beads become highly responsive to prayers since the beads have been consecrated at respective temples.
