Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the shock of a carrier from abruptly occurring in advance upon deceleration of the carrier by connecting the base end of a buffer spring colliding with a stationary bearer to the carrier body and the other end of the spring to a linkage coupled with a braking mechanism of the wheels of the carrier.
