Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the magnitude of a buffer action in the buffer control mode based on the magnitude of an impact transmitted to a machine.
SOLUTION: An actuator 12 is fitted so as to lift a bucket, and an accumulator device 28 is connected to the first port 14 of the actuator 12. A buffer controller 34 is provided with the accumulator device 28 and the first valve device 18 installed at a fluid line of the first port 14 of the actuator 12. The first valve device 18 is formed so as to move freely between the first position and the second position. At the first position, the communication between the accumulator device 28 and the first port 14 of the actuator 12 is controlled and restricted. At the second position, the communication between the accumulator 28 and the actuator 12 is opened. The first signal line is connected to the first port 14 of the actuator 12. The second signal line is connected to the spring energizing end of the first valve device 18. A pilot valve device 42 is installed at the first signal line.
