Abstract:
PURPOSE:To suppress mutual rotational vibration between a clutch outer and a driven gear by projectingly installing resilient ratchet which presses a driven gear onto the clutch outer, on the inner periphery of an annular side plate fixed on the closing end wall of the clutch outer and damping the repulsive force of a buffer spring. CONSTITUTION:A clutch outer 1 is equipped with a driven gear 3 engaged with a driving gear 2 on the outer surface of a closing end wall 1a. A coil-shaped buffer spring 12 is contained in the space formed by the buffer window 9 of the driven gear 3, the buffer concave part 10 on the outer surface of the closed end wall 1a, and the buffer window 11 on an annular side plate 6. A plurality of resilient ratchet 13 are projected in integrated form from the inner periphery of the annular side plate 6. When the annular side plate 6 is fixed with rivets onto the boss 5 on the clutch outer 1, each resilient ratchet 13 is pressed by the driven gear 3, which is pressed onto the closing end wall 1a by the repulsive force. Therefore, when a buffer spring 12 mitigates the rotational torque, the repulsive force is damped, and the rotational vibration is suppressed.
