To provide buffer member mounting structure in a vehicle roof part capable of easily mounting the buffer member to a roof side.
The buffer member 11 is disposed further at the vehicle cabin side than a roof cross member 3, and the buffer member 11 and the roof cross member 3 are disposed while crossing each other. A groove part 14 storing the roof cross member 3 is formed on a crossing part of the buffer member 11, and a clip 20 is mounted to a clip mounting seat surface 21 by providing the clip mounting seat surface 21 on the buffer member 11. The buffer member 11 is mounted to the roof cross member 2 by engaging the clip 20 with a clip mounting hole 26 formed on the roof cross member 3 under the state storing the roof cross member 3 in the groove part 14 of the buffer member 11.
