Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a mechanism for changing the characteristics of a buffer.SOLUTION: A buffer is a circular or arc member in which elasticity or viscosity between a shaft center and an outer peripheral surface is different according to an angle, and comprises: a buffer member in which the end part of a predetermined member advancing or retreating on receiving an impact contacts with the outer peripheral surface; and a characteristic adjustment mechanism that adjusts elasticity or viscosity between the shaft center and the contact position of the end part of the predetermined member on the outer peripheral surface by changing the angle of the buffer member.
