Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hours in manufacturing a buffer.SOLUTION: A buffer 100 includes a cylinder 10, a piston 20, a piston rod 30, attenuation valves 51, 52, and an attenuation force variable part 60. The attenuation force variable part 60 has a housing 61 defining a pressure chamber 4 communicating an expansion side chamber 1 and a pressure side chamber 2 so as to bypass the attenuation valves 51, 52, and a piston support part 62 formed integrally with the housing 61. In the housing 61, expansion side passages 64a, 64b are formed, and in the piston support part 62, a pressure passage 65 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
