A buffet 1 comprises a lower closet 5, an open space 7, a table 8 on which a rice cooker 9 is set, and an upper cupboard 6. In the depth of the table 8 is equipped a ventilator 20 consisting of a face board 21 with an aspirating hole 31 and a cross-flow fan 23 driven by an electric motor. The ventilator 20 is freely set so as to blow upward the air from the cross flow fan 23 in the depth of the open space 7, together with the heat and steam coming from the rice cooker 9 along the bottom of the lower cupboard 6.
