To provide a method for work in which a filter cloth is recovered while the pressure of a bag filter is kept negative and air is supplied into the bag filter from the fitting opening of the filter to be recovered.
In the method for recovering the filter cloth of the bag filter in a dust collector, the fitting opening 21 of a bag filter 5 which is not subjected to the work is closed, and the fitting opening 21 of the bag filter 5 to be subjected to the work is covered with a dust anti-splash cover 24. The pressure of a dust collecting chamber 14 is kept negative, and the filter cloth 7 constituting the bag filter is recovered while the ventilation of a bag filter part which is to be subjected to the work and fitted with the cover 24 is kept.
