When a modified source code is registered in a source code management system for software, a bug management number of the software is inputted, and a source code history is registered in association with a bug management number (M26). When software is built, a latest version of the source code is acquired, and simultaneously, a bug management number thereof is also automatically acquired (M28), and the state of a bug stored in a bug management system is automatically updated into a confirmable state (M29). Thereby, a tester can easily confirm a modified bug in the built software by using the bug management system.
