Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain highly sophisticated design by forming a building board by providing a bottom area on the surface and a recessed portion having left and right areas, and by painting in such a manner that the bottom area of the recessed portion has the darkest color and side areas have a light color from the bottom area to the surface sides.
SOLUTION: On the surface of a building board A, a recessed groove 5 having a symmetrical shape from the right to left comprising a bottom surface 2 and right and left side surfaces 3, 4; the darkest colors are applied near the bottom surface 2 in the recessed groove 5, lighter colors are gradually applied from the right and left side surfaces at the bottom surface 2 toward the surface, the lightest colors on the surface. When the coating for the recessed groove is applied after surface painting, spatter painting 6a is performed for the surface by a spray method, then unnecessary spatter patterns placed in a complicated form in the recessed groove 5 can be easily erased, a spatter pattern on the surface portion 6 can be stressed and a highly decorative architectural board A can be obtained. Next, painting for the recessed groove 5 is performed with a painting device having nozzles, the central portion of a linear pattern drawn by a painting film jetted in a straightened state is sprayed to the bottom surface 2, and foggy paint is sprayed on the right and left sides 3, 4. Thus, the design of the building board can be considerably refined and sophisticated.
