Abstract:
To provide a building board capable of suitably using for a floor of a shop, furniture, a shelf board, or the like, by performing consolidation treatment for a woody laminated sheet (needle-leaf tree veneer, etc.) provided by laminating plates having knots.SOLUTION: A plurality of unit constituent boards (needle-leaf tree veneers 11a-11i), at least one of them has a knot, are laminated to make a woody laminated sheet (needle-leaf tree plywood 11), and consolidation treatment is performed for it to acquire a building board 10. The unit constituent board 12 is a veneer or a sawn plate of a needle-leaf tree material. Although a knob with high density and hardness is hardly compressed by consolidation treatment, just-above/just-below/adjacent to the knob of one or a plurality of unit constituent boards 12 adjacent to the upper part and/or the lower part of the hard knob are largely compressed and deformed than the compression rate of the consolidation treatment, thus the building board of high strength and excellent designability without impairing surface smoothness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
