PURPOSE: To simplify adhering process by mutually adhering a building board and a stone with a thermoplastic resin molded into film to form a composite material.
CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin molded into film by adding an oxidation preventing material, if necessary, is laid on a building board such as woody ceramic board, and a natural marble cut into a thickness of about 5mm is placed thereon. Thus the constituted laminated body is heated and pressurized by a compression molding machine, cooled, and taken out. This method dispenses with curing time, facilitates cutting and boring in a site, and allows the adhering work to a plywood and a mortar base. The adhering process can be easily conducted, and contamination of stones by adhesives can be eliminated.
