Title:
BUILDING CONNECTION STRUCTURE AND DESIGN METHOD OF THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2023156896
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a building connection structure which is likely to reduce a distance between adjacent large-scale base-isolated buildings, and a design method of the same.SOLUTION: A building connection structure includes: a first building 10 having a first lower structure 11, a first base isolation layer 12 and a first upper structure 13 in this order; a second building 20 which has a second lower structure 21, a second base isolation layer 22 and a second upper structure 23 in this order, where a first longitudinal axis LA1 of the first upper structure 13 passing through a first center G1 of gravity of the first upper structure 13 crosses a second longitudinal axis LA2 of the second upper structure 23 passing through a second center G2 of gravity of the second upper structure 23, and does not pass through the second G2 of gravity; a rigid member 30 for connecting the end in a first longitudinal direction in a part on the lower end side of the first upper structure 13 and the end in a second transverse direction in a part on the lower end side of the second upper structure 23; and an attenuation member 40 for connecting the end in the first longitudinal direction in the part on the upper end side of the first upper structure 13 and the end in the second longitudinal direction in the part on the upper end side of the second upper structure 23 so that the part on the upper end side of the second upper structure 23 generates twisting due to earthquake force in the first longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B
