To propose a construction method of a building capable of achieving a shortened construction period by an efficient construction procedure.SOLUTION: A construction method of a building includes: concrete skeleton construction for constructing a concrete pedestal 3; steel frame skeleton construction for constructing a steel frame 4 for surrounding the concrete pedestal 3; and roof construction for constructing a steel-framed roof 5 for covering an upper part of the concrete pedestal 3. In the steel frame skeleton construction, the steel frame 4 is divided into a plurality of construction sections flatly, and is constructed sequentially by the construction section in parallel with the concrete skeleton construction, and the roof construction is completed after the concrete skeleton construction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
