PURPOSE: To execute control and supervision in the center and to execute the processings of respective terminals in the terminals by decentralizing completely the functions of a central computer, giving these functions to the respective terminal devices and giving only an input part and a displaying part to the central side.
CONSTITUTION: Terminal devices 3 are decentralizingly provided corresponding to the respective facility equipments 4, the respective terminal devices 3 are connected with an input output device 1 through transmission paths 13 and 2 and have the functions to supervise and control the corresponding facility equipments 4. The terminal device 3 consists of a microcomputer and attains a data input output function with the corresponding facility equipment, an operation function, an information transmission control function with the input output device 1 and a data supervising function by a software. The input output device on the central side execute a necessary input command through an input device 1A, centralizes information from the respective terminal devices 3, outputs it to its output device 1B and attain a supervision. Thus, the terminal devices are horizontally decentralized and arranged, therefore, a danger is decentralized and further, even when an abnormality such as a trouble occurs, its range can be limited to a minimum.
