Title:
BUILDING AND FACILITY INTEGRATED TYPE HALF-WAVELENGTH DIPOLE ANTENNA
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11127017
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To use a wide range on a ceiling surface as an antenna by connecting a variable LC and a power source to a rod-shaped building and facility member, feeding electricity, and radiating a radio wave.

The building and facility integrated type half-wavelength dipole antenna 1 is constituted by connecting the variable LC5 consisting of a variable inductance 3 and a variable capacitor 4 and the power source 6 to the rod- shaped general building and facility member 2. The rod-shaped general building and facility member 2 is in a style similar to a normal half-wavelength dipole antenna and electricity is fed thereto from the power source 6 to make possible radiation of a desired radio wave from respective members. The variable inductance 3 in this case displays the function of an extension coil or loading coil as the coil of an antenna and the variable capacitor 4 displays the function of a shortened capacitor as the capacitor of the antenna respectively. The desired electromagnetic wave in use is to be set by adjusting the variable LC5 and then optionally selecting the resonance frequency.
