To provide a building facility management system which reduces burdens of work by a janitor etc. for setting control time and controls details with respect to a building facility, in a system when the control time and control details of the building facility are reset to save energy.
The building facility management system includes: a storage device storing beforehand a plurality of patterns with different electric power use amounts as schedules related to the control time and control details of the building facility provided in a building; and a controller selecting the schedule for operating the building facility from the plurality of patterns when a preset condition is achieved. Thus, this configuration eliminates the necessity of changing the control time and control details carefully in accordance with the situation of the electric power use amounts, and can reduce the burdens of the work by the janitor etc. for setting the control time and control details with respect to the building facility in the system.
