A building group 10 comprises: buildings 12A, 12B and 12C that have higher air pressure than that of outdoor space 28 and are provided with shared space that vertically spreads; a plurality of rooms that are provided in the buildings 12A, 12B and 12C and face the shared space; a connection passage 150 that connects the shared space in the plurality of buildings 12A, 12B and 12C which are constructed in a site, and has airtightness; and an entrance 14 that is provided so as to be connected with the at least one shared space and allows people to enter or leave the shared space while regulating an intrusion of ambient air from the outdoor space.
