PURPOSE: To provide an opening part having a release feeling by a method wherein all outer peripheral beams of each story of a building forms an inverted beam and a parapet is formed at the outer peripheral beam of a topmost part.
CONSTITUTION: Each of outer peripheral beams 2 along the living space of each story of a building 1 is built as an inverted beam so that the beam depth is provided in an up state based on a slab 4. In a living room A having an opening part 6 in which a window 5 is arranged between upper and lower outer peripheral beams 2, the living room is brought into a state that no outer peripheral beam 2 is seen above the opening part 6 from the living room A side, and a release feeling is produced. Further, in a topmost outer peripheral beam 2, a parapet B is formed by the outer peripheral beams 2 itself. The outer peripheral beams on the topmost side of a building is formed in a shape where it is protruded upward. When a method of a frame design is employed as the design motif of a building, a topmost frame is easily matched with other frame and unification of an appearance design is facilitated.
