Abstract:
To provide a building management device and a method thereof that can assist decision by an operator and reduce a burden on the operator.SOLUTION: A building management device analyzing data regarding energy consumption of multiple pieces of equipment installed in a building to manage the building comprises a data collection unit 11 collecting data regarding energy consumption of each equipment, a data storage unit 12 storing the collected data associated with each equipment, a check sheet creation unit 13 creating a check sheet on which evaluation steps to evaluate the stored data are described in advance, and a display 14 creating a prescribed graph using data regarding energy consumption of the equipment corresponding to the selected evaluation step and displaying it if the evaluation step of the check sheet displayed on a display screen 14a is selected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
