PURPOSE: To quickly send a data from a terminal equipment to a central monitoring device at the reception of an urgent signal by arranging a normal telephone line and an urgent telephone line between the central monitoring device and a private branch exchange and selecting the urgent telephone line from the normal telephone line at the reception of an urgent signal.
CONSTITUTION: A normal telephone line 8 and an urgent telephone line 7 are arranged between a central monitoring device 1 and a private branch exchange 9 and a changeover means 5 selecting the urgent telephone line from the normal telephone line 8 at the reception of an urgent signal is provided to the central monitoring device 1. In this case, the urgent signal caused on emergency is sent from terminal equipments 11-14 to the private branch exchange 9 and sent further to the central monitoring device 1 via the urgent telephone line 7. When the central monitoring device 1 receives the urgent signal, the changeover means 5 is operated to select the urgent telephone line 7 from the normal telephone line 8. Thus, the urgent signal detected by the terminal equipment is sent quickly to the central monitoring device 1.
