Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically detect the fault of a meter.
CONSTITUTION: A controller 30 inputs detected values from various meters 19-28. A detected value of a received power meter 19 should be equal to a sum of detected values of a facility side power meters 20-23. Then, a total sum of power amounts of a predetermined time detected by the meters 20-23 is compared with that detected by the meter 19 during the time, and a fault of any of the meters 19-23 is judged if a difference of the both is a predetermined error or more.
