PURPOSE: To provide weather resistance and to suppress shrinkage of a sheet base layer after vacuum molding by providing a first resin layer made of a vinyl chloride resin (PVC) having a plasticizer amount of a specific range at a lower side of the layer having weather resistance.

CONSTITUTION: A first resin layer 3 made of PVC at Clash-Berg temperature or 45-75°C is provided at a lower side of a sheet base layer 2 having weather resistance. The layer 2 for forming a surface of the sheet is formed by laminating a third resin layer 5 made of an acrylic film at an upper side of a second resin layer 4 made of PVC. The PVC for forming the layer 4 contains a plasticizer amount of 17-25PHR, and the layer 2 imparts weather resistance, and shrinks after vacuum molding. The PVC for forming the layer 3 contains a plasticizer amount of 0-12PHR, almost no shrink after the vacuum molding, and has vacuum moldability. The layer 3 is laminated at the lower side of the layer 2 as a backup material thereby to obtain the weather resistance and the vacuum moldability due to synergistic effect.
