For instance, on the south face of a building 10, a roofing material 14, an aluminum sash 16, a veranda coping 18, a gutter 20, a ventilating fan hood 22, a shutter case 24, etc. are respectively set as members of 15 year-durable specifications in conformity to the 15 year-durable specifications of external facing coating, and on a north face, a roofing material 14, an aluminum sash 16, a gutter 20, a ventilating fan hood 22, kitchen door eaves 26, etc. are respectively set as members of 5 year-durable specifications. On a west face, a roofing material 14, an aluminum sash 16, a gutter 20, a ventilating fan hood 22, a shutter case 24, etc. are respectively set as members of 10 year-durable specifications, and on an east face, a roofing material 14, an aluminum sash 16, a ventilating fan hood 22, etc. are respectively set as members of 10 year-durable specifications.
