PURPOSE: To provide a termite- and moisture-preventing building method having a high termite-preventing property and a high residual activity, safe for workers and residents, requiring a relatively simple work and capable of being simply applied to building sites.
CONSTITUTION: A termite and moisture-preventing building method is characterized by mixing a polyol component as a component for a polyurethane resin with a termite-preventing agent and a rapid curing agent, mixing the mixture solution with an isocyanate component as the another component for the polyurethane, spraying the produced termite and moisture-preventing agent on the surface of the footing of a building and the surface of the ground around the footing and on the surfaces of target articles for the termite prevention, and curing the sprayed agent to form the cured coating films of the urethane polymer.
