Abstract:
To provide a building plate having a structure in which a back sealer application process and a drying process are dispensed with, and the waterproof function of a sealer layer which have been formed on a reverse side of the building plate can be effectively demonstrated, and capable of excellently protecting the reverse side of the building plate even when a nail is driven therein.
In a building plate 1, a PET foamed layer 4 and a recycled PET sheet layer 5 are lined on a cement substrate 2 so that the recycled PET sheet layer 5 is disposed on the outer side.
