Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistory building used for an apartment house capable of maximally securing the ceiling height of a habitable room, in a four-story building with the height of the building set within 10 m.
SOLUTION: In the multistory building, a floorboard 13 for partitioning the respective floors is formed as a single layer, and a horizontal drain pipe 41 of the upper floor is penetrated from an opening part 19 formed on the floorboard 13 up to a roof under part 45 of the just under floor, and is collectively laid together with a drain pipe 43 of its lower floor. Thus, since these are stored in a water section part for allowing the ceiling height to a certain degree even in the aspect of amenity, there is no need to arrange a placing floor, and while securing the ceiling height of the water section part, the ceiling height of the other habitable room can be further heightened.
