Abstract:
To consider plastic deformation of a foundation due to earthquake when determining risk of a building.SOLUTION: The invention is configured to: in Step S40, calculate an extension ratio ε of a foundation proper period: EGT1 in earthquake time with respect to a foundation proper period: CGT1 in normal time, multiply a predominant period: NGT1 of the foundation in normal time by the extension ratio ε to calculate a predominant period: EBT1 of the foundation in the earthquake time; in Step S50, set a building damage level on the basis of an interlayer deformation angle E^(δ/L) of the building, and calculate the proper period: CET1 of the building in the earthquake time for every interlayer deformation angle, on the basis of the relationship between the interlayer deformation angle and resilience feature of the building; in Step S60, determine a risk of the building, on the basis of a range of the proper period: CET1 of the building in the earthquake time regulated by the damage level and the predominant period: EBT1 of the foundation in the earthquake time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
