Abstract:
To realize an apartment house based on a skeleton and an infill body in regard to piping and wiring while improving walkability of a shared corridor, and convenience and economical efficiency in the case of execution.
In the apartment house, when piping and wiring in each dwelling unit are connected to piping and wiring in the shared corridor 1, each dwelling unit has a double floor to form a laying space of the piping and wiring in each dwelling unit, the piping and wiring 23 and 24 in each dwelling unit pass through the shared corridor 1 through a girder 3 to make them connect with the downward piping and wiring 12 and 13 of the shared corridor 1.
