PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a comfortable indoor temperature environment by reducing a load on air-conditioning equipment such as an air conditioner while reducing production costs.SOLUTION: A building B has a structure including an underfloor space 4 surrounded by a foundation 2 and a floor 3. The building B comprises a foundation heat insulation material 23 arranged in the foundation 2 and isolating the underfloor space 4 from the heat of air in an outdoor space So. The underfloor space 4 comprises: an inlet port 17 through which air in the outdoor space So is introduced; and an outlet port 18 through which air in the underfloor space 4 is supplied to a living room L in the building B. The building B has a heat loss coefficient of 1.0-1.7 (W/mK).
