Abstract:
To provide a building estimation system that can mitigate a negative side effect of computer work on people and maintain an advantage afforded by computer processing.SOLUTION: A building estimation system 10 is configured by providing: instructed figure extraction means 36 that acquires coordinate data of an instructed figure traced by a fluorescent pen by reading image data obtained by scanning a design drawing in a state of including a fluorescent pen instruction portion formed by tracing with the fluorescent pen a line indicating a building element drawn on a paper surface of the design drawing and extracting a superimposed portion with the line indicating the building element from the fluorescent pen instruction portion; conversion information setting means 40 that acquires conversion information from the coordinate data of the instructed figure; building element registration and arrangement means 50 that arranges a building element using the coordinate data of the instructed figure; and estimation means 60 that prepares an estimate, a cost accounting statement and the like using the coordinate data of the instructed figure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
