PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate construction works by inserting a column into an outside diaphragm at a column joining portion of a beam frame and fixing the outside diaphragm to an optional height of the column, in a building unit made up of a framed structure where columns and beams are joined.
SOLUTION: A building unit 10 is formed by welding outside diaphragms 14 to column joining portions as corners of a floor beam frame 13 where four floor beams 12 are assembled into a rectangular frame, and inserting a column 11 of a circular cross-section into each of the outside diaphragms 14. And then more than one building unit 10 is installed adjacently horizontally and vertically, the floor beam frame 13 of an upper floor building unit 10A is fixed to the middle portion of the column 11, and a ceiling face material 32 is attached beneath the floor beam frame 13 of the building unit 10A. And then a high ceiling space 4 is formed in a lower floor without attaching the ceiling face material to the column 11 of a lower floor building unit 10B, and a small attic space 5 is formed of the upper floor building unit 10A and a roof 3. Therefore, a floor or a ceiling can be built easily at an optional height of a building.
