To provide a building waterproofing method which facilitates positioning of mutual waterproofing plates in sticking large closed cellular waterproofing plates having a broad sticking surface to a building frame, also facilitates correcting dislocation of the waterproofing plates even when the waterproofing plates are abutted on each other while being dislocated, and enables an execution allowing the abutting portion to exhibit satisfactory desired waterproofing performance with ease.
When a plurality of closed cellular waterproofing plates 12, 12 are fixed to the horizontal or tilted waterproof object surface 10a of a building frame 10 with a fixing material 14, the plurality of closed cellular waterproofing plates 12, 12 are fixed to the waterproof object surface 10a of the building frame 10 of the building, having a joint 16 provided therebetween. A thermosetting resin composition 18 having waterproofing properties is poured into the joint 16 between the closed cellular waterproofing plates 12, 12, after the waterproofing plates being fixed to the waterproof object surface, to perform waterproofing execution.
