To provide a building with a dust collecting device, which allows the wide use of a room space and suppressing an adverse effect on indoor environment.

This building is formed with an opening part 26 in the lower end of its wall 11, installed with the dust collecting device 10 in a space of the wall 11 in the other side of the room, disposed with a suction port for sucking dust and the like in the dust collecting device 10 in a position facing the opening part 26, and opens a suction port 18 to the interior of the room via the opening part 26. This constitution dispenses with a space for installing the dust collecting device 10 in the indoor space so as to use the indoor space widely. The dust collecting device 10 is installed in the space in the other side of the room of the wall 11 to reduce exhaust sound of the dust collecting device 10 in the room and suppress the adverse effect on the indoor environment.
