To provide a building with a garage which can restrain the exhaust gas inside a garage space from flowing into a residence space through a doorway between the residence space and the garage space.

A house includes a habitable room like a living room and a garage adjacent to the habitable room. A partition wall partitioning the habitable room from the garage has the doorway 72 which is formed for intercommunication between these two. An opening/closing door unit 73 is fitted to the doorway 72. The opening/closing door unit 73 comprises a door frame 74 and an opening/closing door 75, by which the doorway 72 is opened and closed. A packing material 88 is provided in the door frame 74 at the position facing the opening/closing door 75 in its closed state. The opening/closing door 75 is press-fitted to the packing 88 under pressure in the closed state, and a degree of sealing between the opening/closing door 75 and the door frame 74 is improved.
