A module M, composed of the machine room 1, the window 3 installed in such a manner as to adjacent to the machine room 1, and the space 2 in a prescribed area facing the window 3, is set and the many modules M are continuously disposed in order to constitute a large habitable-room space 5 wherein the spaces 2 of the modules M are seriated. The machine room 1 of each of the module M is provided with air conditioning equipment intended for the space 2, which can treat at least the air conditioning load of the space 2 of the module M. The air conditioning equipment is constituted so as to be able to perform outdoor-air cooling for the space 2 thereof.
