The building comprises: a plurality of layers of building bodies 6; and a building front face part 8 integrally provided in a front side part 7 of the building bodies 6 and set to the same layer as and substantially the equal width to the front side part 7 of the building bodies 6. A bottom layer of the front side part 7 includes: a passage area 7a as a building inner space where a passage 7c is disposed, and a room area 7b as a building inner space where a room 13 is disposed. The building front face part 8 includes a first region 8a, a second region 8b and a third region 8c resulting from virtually dividing the building front face part 8 into three in a width direction. A bottom layer in the first region 8a is adjacent to the passage area 7a, bottom layers in the second region 8b and the third region 8c are adjacent to the room area 7b, and at least two of the first region 8a, the second region 8b and the third region 8c are defined as building inner spaces.
