PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt improvement of disaster prevention performance of a building.SOLUTION: A building includes: a lower foundation slab 31 built on a ground 22; an upper foundation slab 32 built above the lower foundation slab 31 for having a reactor containment vessel 11 installed thereon; a seismic isolator 33 having a plurality of seismic isolation structures 36 installed between the upper foundation slab 31 and the lower foundation slab 32, in a horizontal direction leaving a prescribed interval; a slope 41 installed on a top surface of the lower foundation slab 31, the slope inclining downward toward outside; and a gutter 42 installed outside of the slope 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
