Abstract:
To provide a building capable of suppressing stress concentration in a concrete skeleton accommodating a radioactive medical treatment device placed in the building and suppressing increase in story height of a story on which the concrete skeleton is installed.SOLUTION: A building 10 comprises: a concrete skeleton 20 placed in the building 10, supported in a base-isolated state, and accommodating a linac R; and a floor slab 16B on an upper story of a story on which the concrete skeleton 20 is placed, the floor slab placed with a clearance V2 between itself and a wall part 22 of the concrete skeleton 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
