Abstract:
To provide a building which can secure a high ceiling height in a living room.SOLUTION: In a building 1 having a core portion 2 and an outer peripheral portion 3 arranged around the core portion 2, a steel-framed core frame 6 provided on the outer edge portion of the core portion 2, a reinforced concrete outer peripheral structure 7 provided in an outer edge portion of the outer peripheral portion 3, and a long-span steel beam 8 (steel beam) erected between the core structure 6 and the outer peripheral structure 7 are provided. The core structure 6 has a seismic brace 63. The long-span steel beam 8 has a core side beam portion 83 on the side connected to the core frame 6, and an outer peripheral side beam portion 82 on the side connected to the outer peripheral frame 7. The outer peripheral side beam portion 82 is set to have a smaller beam height than the core side beam portion 83, and a bedroom 93 (living room) is provided below the outer peripheral side beam portion 82.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
