A waveform ring spring 11 is provided between an upper surface 5a of a battery case 5 and an inner wall 3b of a device housing 3. A plurality of silicone rubbers 10 are provided between a lower surface 5b of the battery case 5 and an inner wall 3c of the device housing 3. A plurality of elastic nails 5-2a are provided between an outer circumferential surface 5c connecting the upper surface 5a and the lower surface 5b of the battery case 5, and an inner wall 3a of the device housing 3. The plurality of elastic nails 5-2a are integrally formed on the outer circumferential surface 5c of the battery case 5.
