Title:
BUILT-IN METAL FITTINGS FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01295959
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To carry out a cross promise of reinforcement while securing a thickness of covering of reinforcement, but, at the same time, to improve load resistance of a suspended metal fittings fixing place by separating a cross section of reinforcement from a form by a built-in metal fittings having a suspended metal fittings fixing section to support.

CONSTITUTION: A built-in metal fittings 1 is inserted between a cross section crossing a lateral reinforcement Y and a longitudinal reinforcement X and a concrete form plate 40, and the cross section is supported by a cross supporting section 3, but, at the same time, it is separated from the concrete form 40 at a specific distance. A suspended metal fitting fixing section 30 is formed on the built-in metal fittings 1, and after fixing a cap 32 so that no concrete mortar gets into an opening section of the suspended metal fittings fixing section 30, when concrete is placed, the built-in metal fittings 1 is built-in in a state that is positioned at the cross section. After that, the form plate 40 is disassembled, the suspended metal fittings fixing section 30 is exposed on a specific position of a completed plate, and a suspended metal fittings 42 can be fixed to the fixing section 30 to use.
