Title:
BUILT-IN PIPE ATTACHING METHOD AND STRUCTURE FOR REPAIRING SHEATH PIPE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3754443
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish the objective of securing the degree of soundness of a built-in pipe and a sheath pipe in an appropriate manner without involving the complication of a structure or the like.
SOLUTION: The predetermined number of tension members 16 are brought under tension and retained between each of the exteriors of the ends of the sheath pipe after the insertion of the built-in pipe to the sheath pipe. The predetermined number of tension members are arranged around the outer peripheral surface of the built-in pipe 14 along the axis of the interpolation pipe by the bundling of the binding means 18 arranged in a plurality of positions. Thus, positioning of the built-in pipe in relation to the sheath pipe is performed. Then the tension members in a state of strain are integrally consolidated around the outer peripheral surface of the built-in pipe by the infusion and filling of the filler for fixation into the clearance 46 between the built-in pipe and the sheath pipe.
