To make a table be quietly stored in a sleeve body after use and to enable to be slowly opened, by equipping a hinge mechanism with a resistant body on a pin mechanism on the upper edge of an opening part of a storage dent part and constituting a table connected to the hinge mechanism so as to be rotated slowly.

A table arm 6 to support a table 1 is connected to a lateral direction pivotal support part 8 constituting a hinge mechanism 7, and a longitudinal direction pivotal support part 9 constituting the hinge mechanism 7 is pivotally mounted on the upper edge of an opening part of a storage dent part of a sleeve body. The hinge mechanism 7 is constituted so as to be rotated in upward and downward longitudinal directions by the longitudinal direction pivotal support part 9 through the table arm 6 so that the table 1 can be taken out upward from the storage dent of the sleeve body on use and to be rotatable in upward and downward lateral directions by the lateral direction pivotal support part 8 so that the table can be developed in front of the passenger sitting on the seat for a vehicle. An elastic body is used for the hinge structure as a resistance to absorb rotation torque.
